Cash payments are preferred and will avoid a 2% card fee. ATM on site.

Please advise all of your guests that they will need to wear socks while playing on the equipment.
- If your party grows by more than five guests, please let us know as soon as possible
- We are more than happy for parents to play – in fact, we encourage mums and dads to get in and have fun with their children.
How the Party works
- We supply tables and chairs for each party guest.
- You may bring your own party food
- Feel free to decorate your table.
- We have snacks, soft drinks and juices available.
- Sorry, we do not prepare hot food nor can we offer heating facilities.
Party Check List
- Socks (spares) – some of your guests might forget
- Cake
- Candles
- Matches or lighter
- Knife for the cake
- Personal water bottles
- Mum and Dad – bring a book or paper, as the kids have so much fun you won’t see them until cake time!
What to Wear
- Everyone playing on the inflatables must wear socks – no socks, no play.
- Inflatable world is a high energy maximum activity zone – kids get hot and sweaty, so we suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing.
Booking your Party
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, you may receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) or a full credit valid for 12 months, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled party.
Date changes (subject to availability) can be made up to 14 days prior to the party. For cancellations, please contact us via email or phone. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the party.
